Power of 10?

There are 6 comments on the TwinCities.com story from Mar 18, 2010, titled Power of 10?. In it, TwinCities.com reports that:

Xavier coach Chris Mack has two star players. Tubby Smith has none. Mack will lean heavily on Atlantic 10 player of the year Jordan Crawford and second-team all-league center Jason Love to lead the sixth-seeded Musketeers far into this year's NCAA tournament, including today's game against the Gophers at 11:25 a.m. at the Bradley Center in ...

Is there going to be a story about all the upsets yesterday? Where is all of the coverage of the NCAA tourny? Just wondering since this is the "sports" section.

I was able to find my info here.... http://www.startribune.com/sports/marchmadnes... but I live in St Paul and prefer to get info from the St Paul paper. And you wonder why I wont renew my daily doorstep subscription.

Gophers need toughness out of Ralph and Iverson and to get some shots for Hoffarber so Westbrook doesn't think he has to do it all. Maybe Blake can occasionally cruise inside the 3 pt arc and take some mid range shots instead of just the bombs -- might open some things up. Then we could have a shot today -- go Gophs!

ralphy is a waste of 6'11. he doesnt fight at all, im so sick of watching him not box out, settle for 15 foot jumpers, and not helping on defense. he just stands there. he isnt a 1/3 his dad was.

And they just learned why you can't recruit guys who are "role players" at a Big Ten school and expect to advance in the tournament. Any chance Tubby tried to get Crawford when he left Indiana? Didn't think so...

"Tubby has none"......that's because he can't recruit any!! Why can something named Chris Mack can get two studs to Xavier, but Smith can't get one to come play in the Big Ten?? I'm not one to blame coaches, but what I saw today was a team that can't score, depends on a knucklehead like Westbrook to TRY and make plays. They have been painful to watch offensively for two years and Nolen, Royce White and Mbakwe weren't going to change that.
