Jealousy abounds. Gotta love that. funny how none of the Whinermakers complain about the Family program when their girls land at Purdue and correct me if i am wrong, they have some on their current roster? Apparently it is a fine program until someone makes an informed decision to go elsewhere. Now go run to your mommies and see if they can make it better for you. Live Big!

How do you know that Amber is dumb and that Ta'Shia is slow? I helped coach both of them and they are not as you have attempted to accuse.

Some Boiler wbb fans have to be the most caustic and angry group of folks in the world. If a player chooses them they're ecstatic (until she makes a mistake and then they slice and dice her). If a player chooses another school they find a way to demean, insult, and belittle her. It's not all about you folks. You really need to get over yourselves.

Xavier accepted Amber Harris and Purdue didn't. That's all one has to know about the quality of Xavier's academics. This is not about Purdue jealousy this is about the manipulation of young athletes by a "family" that has something to gain. When it finally comes out exactly what they're getting out of this, Xavier will come out on the short end. I feel bad for Xavier fans because they are being manipulated by a family bent on vengeance and, not being from Indiana, they probably have no idea what's going on. I'm afraid that the Xavier program will be the one to suffer in the end. Mark my words.
Both Amber Harris and Dee Dee Jernigan had already signed their letters of intent with Purdue when the Purdue coach(and I apologize that her name escapes me right now)left for Texas Tech. They were allowed to back out of Purdue when she left. Ta'Shia Phillips had made a verbal her freshman year but left the door open also when the coach from Purdue left. FahKara Malone chose to stay. I know many will say they left becasue Trina Merriweather did and that may be true but athletes are allowed to change their minds when a change in coaching is made. I'm sure that does not just apply to head coaches. In this case there were two coaches. I just saw Ta'Shia, Amber and DeeDee in the gym last night and even though I don't talk to them on a regular basis I do communicate with them when they are in town.

The real crime comes in the fact that our in-state universities offer the best of all worlds - and we as parents and school staff, need to do a better job of convincing our HS studentsof this fact
