Shouldn't they be making little rocks out of big rocks? They are in jail not art class. Only in charlottesville!

It is a shame that we are accentuating the positive for these negative people! Maybe they should have paid more attention in art class ... it's too late for these losers! The recidivist rate is way too high for these criminals to have any other life than to be incarcerated in a institution. Ars gratis ars!

Great lessons learned. Part of the money donated and part going back to paying for supplies. Better than doing drugs.

Nice to know while these low life losers are attending THUG U that they are give a well rounded education. Other courses of interest, lock picking, car jacking, getting rid of forensic evidence, and the real crowd pleaser, how to convince the parole board that you found Jesus. All this time I thought Prison was intended to be punishment, no wonder they keep returning to jail. The inmates really are running the prisons, our tax dollars at work. Bring back the chain gangs and let them clean up the highways and dig ditches you know real world job skills...

I think the inmates need to start cleaning up the roads, making license plates, doing laundry, and planting crops. They should be paying society for their infractions instead of pansy ass arts and crafts. These "people" are criminals. Artsy fartsy programs should be for the elderly not those who are a threat to our society. Maybe the art can be sold to buy a new electric chair. I would buy a gay piece of crap if that's what the funds were for.

Harvey you are plain nuts. Don't you understand that we need the criminals. We need them to use their talents the best way they know how to. Because of the criminals, there is an effort trying to take the guns away from those radical christians and veterans who are the real threat to our community and way of life. You don't see Muslims ruunning around committing mass murder in the United States.

Art programs make the world a better and beautiful place. No matter who created the works.

May the lord Obama spread his truth of hope, change and love to all. In his holy name Amen.
