If the Dolphins do not bring in Peyton Manning, then everything will remain status quo -- MEDIOCRE. Now, if management do decide to bring in Manning, it needs to allow Manning to run the team the way he did with the Colts. Everyone -- including Philbin, his assistants, the genius Jeff Ireland and Ross -- should keep their paws OFF the running of the team should Manning come to QB the team. I'm sure that's the way Manning should want it.
