Note to Orlando aka Tubby.
Self keep cool a game at a time. Keep cool , none of this mouth muscle like Chilly,Brewie and Ziggy try to spew. Self, just keep cool. These team members are good and still have room for improvement. But one game at a time.

LOL, the rabid badger fans were shocked and stunned, especially after leading throughout the game. The loss exacted a great toll in wildlife to be sure, as the cheddar heads most likely ran over everything in sight. Mallards, Deer, not to mention the cow every man in Sconny keeps at home.

Tubby iS THE MAN....what he has done with this team and program is amazing. The players are reflecting his own personality.... what confidence they must have after the game last night...absolutley incredible...keep it going and well, March Madness should be fun this year folks...we get to be part of it this time around...the sky is the limit with this group and they will only get better next year.......

Hey Joe M...give him a new contract and do it NOW!!

Minnesota Gopher Sports, Rule number one...."Make sure you win the border state rivalries".

Gopher Basketball has gone on the road...they won at Iowa and Wisconsin...this is what the fan base needed. This is becoming the sport to follow in Minnesota.

Gopher Football has failed in this....the 55-0 slaughter by Iowa cannot be forgotten...the blown chances against Wisconsin...if Maturi extends Brewster's contract, it will be an insult to the fan base....at least put in a clause that they need to win at least one of the border battles every year, or he's out!

Let's see, ranked Mens Gophers barely win their game against a non-ranked team by having to come from behind and in overtime.

The non-ranked Womens Gophers beat a ranked team without having even having to pull-it out in OT and in a venue (Ohio) that they've never won in before. Yet, who's getting front page attention? It's not the women's team.

How did Tubby wear out his welcome in Kentucky? Inability to get past to the final 4 of the NCAA? Gopher's got rid of Monson because he couldn't finish in the top 1/2 of the big ten. Oh by the way who recruited Westbrook...Monson!

It is truly amazing the transformation from a losing program to winning program was done in such a short time. Tubby Smith proves what a quality, respected coach who knows how to recruit will do to a downtrodden program. Give him the keys to the city. Hell, give him the keys to the state.

It's that border rivalry thing that is more important than anything. The Women have lost to Iowa, Iowa State, Wisconsin, and South Dakota State....win the border, win our hearts!

Tubby isn't asking for a new contract, he wants a new practice facility.

I think it's the football coach (who only has 3 years left on his contract)...he's the priority! The football team has a new stadium and the incoming players need coaching stability.

Gosh, I'm glad they finally got that Big10Network fight resolved. That game last night was UNBELIEVABLE! It was like watching a classic state high school basketball championship game. What an awesome press, that was one of the real differences. This is a game that will stand out for many years, I'm serious. Westbrook was truly awesome. I haven't seen an individual performance like that since Bobby Jackson single-handedly put the team on his back and beat Clemson on the way to the Final Four.

Lastly, as I've said before, one of the main reasons that this team is so exciting is that it's a TEAM! It is so balanced that when someone goes crazy like Westbrook, it's unusual.

My hat is off to Coach Smith and his players!

Sally, you are a blithering idiot. Rankings do not show how tough it is to win a road game at Wisconsin.

Oh, by the way, the girls 13 and under volleyball team from Foley, MN is undefeated. What? You didn't hear about that? Why not? BECAUSE NOBODY CARES! Just like nobody cares about women's basketball.
