Great game for both teams..The referee's were from the ILH and they are horrible. There were many bad calls on both sides of the ball. I wonder if football is turning into a dance class. Football is a physical game, once you take that away, it becomes a dance class and over the years the referee's are doing exactly that. The kids were taught to play to the whistle, not any more, the refs will flag you instantly. This game is about the kids, not the referee's. I have watch two games with ILH referee's and they were calling everything and even no calls..The problem is none of the referee's probably played the game. They are trying to take away the games physicality. I say let the kids play, if its blatant, call it, but if not,let them play.

St Louis sold its soul to be a football winner. I do not respect them at all.

Like i said, go out and watch the games because you will see what im talking about.ST Louise went out 24-3 and didnt even score in the second half, farrington offense looked better then St Louis if you went and watch the game.Sorry to say those ILH ref is terribble in calling the game i watch the game film and the calls they were making was bad, like for me i call it as i see during the game and what i have seen on my DVD recorder says much more.I aint lying when i say Punahou is the team to beat this year.Because ILH is all about passing but punahou has a good running game.I wactched Punahou play against farrington and St Louis this year and St louis don't have a running game they rely on the passing game. Please tell the ILH refs that the OIA plays a different game of football physical not touch...Thx FAIR

yes its unfair that these zebras intentially throw games for gambling house we have in Hawaii, House lost in the U.H. game obvious....BUT IN HIGH SCHOOL??? I'm sick of Coaches, Referees, Family and OUR ALOHA communities buying into this illeagal SPORT GAMBLING...its tradition like Cock fighting...whatever! Farrington experienced this against a weak Leilehua, OIA playoffs, and a terrible Maui team in the state tournament last year, and they GOVS would won state last year, but again another set of (self-interest) "zebras" referees doubling on a mortgage payment, oh yeah the whole crew was involved, don't want to know Who's paying out all these I.O.U! LET THE KIDS PLAY! Mr. Honda needs to write a more accurate story...titled "Farrington SMASHES ST.LOUIS but lose the GAME"

stl could have put up 50 on farrington. did not show much , and had 2nd and 3rd team playing as early as 3 minutes into the 3rd qtr.
coach looked like saving starters and offensive plays for a more formidable opponent.
i am campbell grad , but live near rhs stad and saw the game with my own eyes.

I agree with you oc 16 viewer. St.Louis could've put up more points on the scoreboard. It was nice to see the the 2nd/3rd teams getting some real game time play and experience. They do have a very potent offense with a stellar offensive line.

please don't sale-out OIA fan, a more formidable opponent?! like Leleihua?... still sour over last year Govs whoop Campbell at roosevelt oia playoff from your same seat view?....Please support OIA High Football buy a ticket and watch the real game from the stands. Did you realize an average three penalties per St.Louis drive on Farrington for the crusaders to score any points beside the kick of return. Read the stats provided by Starbulletin (-) negative yards from the 1st and 2nd teams (st.louis) yes, QBs and RBs St. Louis ran the ball no where, not the 3rd qrt team like you claim....how would you know if they were third string you dont coach.... Govs defense shut them down 1st half under 1oo yards total offense(st.louis). Yes govs "D" was not discipline made stupid penalties and ILH refs being unfair don't help st.ouis scored. St.louis put up 50 points yeah ON CAMPBELL not the Govs this year... Farringtons offense drop 2 TD pass and had a block FG would have been 24-17 half...Govs offense failed to punch it in being in the red zone nearly 6 times..... but managed to cart off 4 st.louis defensive starters...you didn't see that from your seat....buy a ticket don't sale-out the OIA, back up your fellow Public school "Ama Crab".... we're the CHAMPS the OIA remeber!

4 defensive starters. I think it was 2 from defense and 1 was from offense. Farrington played a good game, but STL played a better game that night. Both teams played hard and best of luck to both of them this season!
