Great, another BCS hand-me-down backup player. I'm sure UCF fans will be singing his praises, how he's the one of the most underrated running backs in the country. Keep telling yourselves that, UCF fans. How well have all these other much-ballyhooed BCS transfers worked out for UCF?

People transfer schools all the time. It's not a big deal. And no, he's not the most underrated running backs in the country. He'll have to fight for a starting job like everyone else.

With the freshman RBs UCF has now, this transfer will have a hard time getting much playing time. It sounds like he was homesick and wants a chance to play football closer to home. USF has a big history of taking in these types of homesick players, some have turned out to be good, others not so much. Only time will tell with J Francis.

Who gives a rip where he last played if he can help the Knights?

Whether or not he ever plays a down for them, give the kid some credit. He came home to help his mother, who is apparently not in good health. A lot of kids wouldn't have done that.

I think Jeremy is a very good football player that went home to help his sick mom. He did the right thing in going home, but will be missed at Oregon State.

Good luck Jeremy!

Another strand in the belt that will eventually be used to whoop other teams butts with. LOL! Go Knights!

Jeremy wasn't really a back up as he and Quizz shared the backfield. Jeremy has good burst and vision to see holes and move through them quickly. Excellent blocker and receiver. I can easily guarantee he will be the starter next year.

The best thing is his team first mentality and leadership. UCF will be much better for his presence.

Good luck Jeremy. You and your mom will be in our thoughts and prayers. GO O STATE!!
