Alone, at "last." Used to be at least middle-of-the-pack, under Riley's watch. Well, at least we can't go any lower than that.

Was the attendance really 4100? I don't think so. Really sad to see a program die. The university gave Coach Nash two years to prove himself, but program has faltered under his leadership. Can the university afford to have Coach Nash for another year?

So UH is in last place and we are honoring the coach????
That is the problem. We reward such work.

no they cannot. they should do the honorable thing and fire him now. he is not a motivator. the players have no pride, dignity and should be ashamed to call themselves Division l.$240,000.00 a year for this! people are starving out there man. have some sense. 30 years at the same school is too much for anyone(bob knight). his time has passed. no more exscuses about, travel, point guards, injuries, zone defenses, airplane seats too small, bobby curren crying about the layovers, not enough fan backing. stop, please!! like the man said:"CHANGE YOU CAN BELIEVE IN".

One reporter mentioned that UH is two players away from something special by adding a point guard and a shooter.
When the current 13 don't come out to play, miss team meetings and admit it's an attitude problem, 2 more players won't help.
They need a complete makeover starting with Nash.
$240K supposed bailout isn't working so why continue with another $240K. JD cut your loses asap.

the reality is,the regents would never pay a guy 240k for doing nothing. that is what they would have to pay him if they let him go now. or negotiate(june jones).i don't think JD has a pair, to be honest.he would rather see us suffer another year then do the right thing. UCLA would have fired him this morning like they did Larry Farmer(another fraud).

Nash is way over paid and is a sad-sack coacjh in a sad-sack WAC. Nothiong lower than the WAC. Kill the program and put funds in academics.

the team does $uck, but at $240,000, Mr. Nash is one of the lowest paid D1 coaches and rightfully so. And Alice, UH beat a few teams in other conferences including Iowa State, so their programs must be even worse compared to your reasoning.
Also Alice, if Title IX didn't exsist, UH would not have to support stupid, useless, non revenue female sports such as basketball. You and the rest of the females should get off the internet and cook me my dinner.
