I'm very happy for the Aggies and hope they relish this victory.

That said, 8 completions in 25 attempts is abysmal! Don't expect too many more wins if this completion percentage continues.

completing 8 of 25 is not good, but that is better with a win than completing 27 0f 41 and loosing by 17.

We went to the game. The NMSU Aggies continued using the same play over and over again that did not work. Each time our guy would hit their brick wall and gain nothing --- causing NMSU to punt. We could not get past 3rd downs. We barely won. We'll take the win; but gosh darn it... try other plays.

Just good old sound fundamental football.

Not always fun to watch and not pretty but gets the job done.

Thank you coach Walker! A couple of more years with your recruits should be an exciting time for Aggie football!

I agree with you Brian! What Utah St. did last night with racking all those yards and still losing reminds me of the Aggies in previous years. Feels great to have the W than have all those yards! Hope Coach Walker stays with Walls and lets him gel with the team as the season goes on!

You're right. Running up the middle wasn't our strong point. We did well when we ran off tackle or swept around the end.
