Very well written article, I really hope the Aggies play well. Your team is a guest of the State of Nebraska and will be treated with the utmost respect. Good Luck.

Let's start off another unbroken losing streak with a bang! The point spread is anticipated to be 25, but I'm betting on 40! This team reeks so badly they will be very lucky if they can beat Alcorn State.

Yes, it is a nice article, but why bother? If one were to think about it (but thinking is not even on the horizon of our athletic department), the injuries to our players may result in season-long recoveries. Maybe we can pray that Mumme will get the "call" from Baton Rouge to join his mentor over there. What a hopeless prayer that would be.

A typical Aggie football season starts with high hopes and quickly goes down hill.
Same stuff, different day.
Good luck NMSU, you're going to need it.

How can you compare how Nebraska did in a bowl game or season 2 years ago with tonights game? Obviously you don't know anything about sports. two-thirds of the team from 2005 is no longer on the Nebraska team and the offense at Nebraska is totally different from 2005. Whoever wrote this article has no idea what they are talking about.

Typical Mumme-coached slaughter. That guy couldn't find his arse with both hands.

Its sad when Nebraska fans show our team more respect than people who live in this city.

Why is it sad when it is a reality? Honestly, this is probably the end of Mumme ball this season. There is no more excuses for this. He's got his boy slinging the ball all over the field, and if we can't get to a bowl game, it will be the end for Mumme. But I still think we need to get rid of Dr. McKinley as well. If you can't establish a winning tradition at a school, you shouldn't be an athletic director. Hell, I could do a better job of running this program. Hey I tell you what, give me just 4 seasons and I'll turn around all the athletic programs, guaranteed! Yes, I'm that confident...I'll even raise attendance at the events by at a minimum of 10%.(Go ahead, laugh all you want, just wait til' they give me my chance).
