ESPNU released its list of the top 150 high school football prospects in the 2012 recruiting class on Wednesday and, not surprisingly, the list included four players that have committed to the University of Southern California.

Show me a quality player that transferred? And that was last year when we had 2 years looming. Now all our studs see the bowl game light at the end of the tunnel so your hate will wind up being aimless

Don't blame me, blame the evil NCAA. It wasn't me that caught them.

Feb 2, 2011 ... Former USC quarterback Mitch Mustain is free on bail after being arrested on suspicion of selling prescription narcotics,...priceless.

Travon Patterson (Colorado), Jordan Campbell (Louisville), FB D.J. Shoemate (Colorado), and the biggest one so far, and not in size only, was one of the nation's top recruits in 2010 OL Seantrel Henderson, an incoming freshman.

D.J. Shoemate

linebacker Jordan Campbell to Louisville, defensive end Malik Jackson to Tennessee, defensive back Byron Moore to LA Harbor Junior College and running back D.J. Shoemate to Connecticut.

The Los Angeles Coliseum Commission says it can't afford $60 million in stadium renovations it promised to the University of Southern California.

USC has several options under its contract for playing Trojan football games at the neighboring Coliseum, including takeover of renovations on its own instead of paying rent to the commission. USC pays about $1.8 million a year to lease the Coliseum.

what a joke, usc doesn't even have their own stadium. lol..

The Coliseum adjoins the USC campus numbnut. Where else would you suggest they play? Get a clue before you babble your Trojan hate endlessly...

Here is the reality of it for someone like you that sits awake at night hoping the Trojans falter: We had a top five recruiting class!!!!!!!!!!

The very foundation of USC football will be built on the 2010 class and thanks to the recruiting department, the Trojans look to actually survive the NCAAs sanctions without the suffering what a lesser program would go through!!!

Trojan fans should be deeply grateful to the Trojan staff for a job unbelievably well done!

I would suggest like most schools that they have their own stadium.

Maybe they should throw a parade for Carroll and his fine staff for the job well done, maybe they should honor kiffin for his honest work he has done to Tennessee and how he will bring honor to USC. lol...Maybe they should bring McNair back for his fine work. The only thing the NCAA should be doing is harsher penalties for programs like usc that cheat year end year out. Im not against usc, im against cheaters, but this is about usc. The Trojans have now earned their ticket into the scandal Hall of Fame, joining other legendary football programs who did everything from hook players up with new cars, sweep multiple arrests under the table, slush funds, or hiring a coach who partied like a rock star with adult entertainers then charged it to his room.

The facts are usc had no defense at all last year and it's looks very bleak for this year. Riding all your hope and dreams on this new class is great, but with limited players, a few injuries, it will be a disaster. And Kiffin has never proven anything that he is a good coach.

The USC tradition:

LOS ANGELES -- Former Southern California football player Lonnie White says he took $14,000 in illegal payments during his four-year career in the 1980s, mostly by selling game tickets allotted to scholarship players.

White made the admission Wednesday in a first-person story for The Daily, an online publication. He was a sports writer at the Los Angeles Times from 1987 to 2008.

<quoted text>They won't sign officially until Feb 2012. It's way too early to judge a class now. Those recruits are free to go anywhere til they sign Feb. 12'. USC will lose some of them and lose a lot more. They will have limited scholarships and will go down hill. It will take years to recover. NFL doesn't care what college you come from. Now we know why USC had so many good players, they were paying them.
Obviously you know nothing about scouting or college football because USC still had a top 10 recruiting class in 2011, even with all the sanctions against them. Players want to go there because it is USC! And yes the NFl teams do look at wat colleges you came from because of the different styles of offense and defenses you came from. USC is not going downhill, not by a long shot. They still have one of the most talented teams around. By the time they are able to reach a bowl game by next year their team will be a top 10 team. They are just young right now.

With all the top recruiting USC does every year like u said, why are they ranked 23?? With that high powered offense they scored 19 points against Minnesota. New Mexico State beat Minnesota more then that..lol..USC is another 8-4 team. Playing those weak teams they rank 79th in rushing offense and 23rd in passing with all those touted receivers and a big time QB.

If u consider a full ride scholarship, that is like getting paid, but every top college is under the radar and would not take a chance of sanctions against them. If you can prove it, I say turn them in. Stop whining USC is like the fighting irish, they get a lot of top players on paper but not the hard working 3 star players and walk on's that other teams get. Example: if Jarid Crick of Nebraska played HS in California, he would have been a top 4 star recruit, but he is from a small town in NE. not rated that high, now an all american. USC has Armstead a top 4 star recruit, how good is he? lol...wont even make all conf.

Let's go by what they do on the field. This a team full of these 4 star top ranked recruits that struggles against teams like Minnesota Utah and Syracuse. So if that is how you judge your team with talent, go ahead, but it's a team game, not individual game, Why don't they sign 10 more 4 star receivers..lol..I'd rather judge a team on how they perform on the field, not off. Sure they look great on paper. lol...So does the fighting irish.

U Suck C is ranked 23rd. They have on paper the best recruits every year. Look At Boise State, never has a recruiting class any where close to USC. Why are they so much better? Ranked #4. Recruiting classes are hype. It doesn't do a team any good to have a great class with an over load at one position like USC does at receiver. Not smart recruiting. So with all the star players, why is the team not that great? Do u blame coaches?

Ever heard of something called strength of schedule pal? If not, look it up. I have nothing against Boise myself but if you want to get an idea of how they might fare playing a BCS schedule for an entire year, watch how Utah does this year now that they have joined the pac12.
