You don't take Slopez with the 3rd pick. Waaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy too high for him.

McHale keeping true to "taking the lamest player available" philosophy will pick Lopez and then proclaim he will personally develop him.

That would be the definition of being stupid again if he did that. Lopez is a major reach at the 3 hole.

do you think the clippers are on drugs ?
the third and walker for kamen , the seventh and wolves won't owe clippers a future first round.
this would be a great deal for the wolves.
it just seems like too much given up by the clippers.
while they're at it maybe could trade the seventh and jaric to kings for twelfth and artest.
looks like there are twelve sure players in the draft.
artest wasn't in any trouble that I heard about this season. maybe he has grown up.
he is a heck of a player. a small forward dennis rodman on defense who at times can also light it up on offense.
d mcclay... i agree with you. i don't think the wolves would get all those players. just a combo of a couple of them. probably like either kaman or thornton and the #7 pick. Don't underestimate the value of walker's contract, too. a lot of teams would love a big contract expiring after this season to free up cap space.

I think the only fits for the wolves are majo, beasley, and love. Beasley is the best player in the draft and he has an unreal ability to score with both hands it doesn't matter how tall he is, majo is a great scorer and great offensive threat and a smart player, and love has really improved he's lost weight and he is a team leader. But my man Mchale is the best in the biz he is a pure genius and he will get the best player but not best fit in BROOK LOPEZ not only is he a 7ft twin he is the strongest and fastest person ive ever seen he is a Shaq,Chamberlain,Walton, and Shawn Bradley put together he will be all the talk after the draft and lead the journey to the NBA finals in one year thank you Kevin McHale. Please Comment me.

MChale Jr.,

Watch some tape, all Lopez's highlights are shots from the wing, the elbow, etc. All 12-17' out.

NO POST move highlights at all in college. Why? His brother played in the low post, he always played high post or out on the wings. Now what would make you and McHale think he could suddenly transform, or even in two years, to an NBA starting center? Even a middle of the pack, pedestrian type center?

He's not 7-5! Now we hear he's not 7-1, but might be just under 7-0. He's the height of most of the other NBA centers or shorter.
