Why would BYU have to wait for a year before talking to Malosi Te'o?

This was a good choice for Te'o choosing BYU over UNLV. He would be wasting his talent at UNLV since they're not a powerhouse team in the country. UNLV's football program should be in the NAIA div. Nothing special.

I've lived out here in Vegas for 15 years and only once have I seen good action play, but since the mid 90's, I don't know where they went.

Good Luck Te'o and not only because I'm LDS too...but great choice! Looking forward to seeing you play in the Mountain West Conf.

I am so glad that my grandnephews - Malosi, Shiloh has chosen to play football @ BYU(I'm sure Manti will follow). I played for the Cougars and in 1965 we won the first ever conference championship and the rest is history. I can't think of a better way to carry on the family tradition by receiving quality education and playing football for the "Cougars" of BYU.

Malosi should be finish with his mission by now and i think manti will be going on one too soon. After he is done the fighting Irish will have a great defensive back. Malose should be getting back in shape and i think he can become a great NFL back coming from Hawaii.

You don't choose BYU just for football. You go there because you've been brainwashed to become a loyal cult member.

whoa where is this coming from....all colleges brain washes you. Some more left winged liberal. Other with religious and conservative overtones. Some are four years of drugged and alcholic existence, where you get exposed to Ayers, Socialistic, communism anti american crap, but you are not concern about you are worried about the mormons...those low life conservatives that adhere to basic moral standards and practice their religious and electorial freedom. Those guys that upkeep traditional marriage between a man and woman, tax paying religious cults that would not drink, do drugs and the good old american way.

We prefer a college of conspiracy, protests and even anti americanism, people that would get upset at Obama, because he doesn't push their agenda fast enough.
