Not a fan of OJ. but come on, this is a stretch by the bail bondsmen.

I don't consider a crazy phone call to a third party not to mention your own bondsman as an attempt to send a message to a co defendant. Stupid yes. A violation of bail, No.

Love it,(Orange Jumpsuit)

I see now they have doubled the bond. Will the first bondsman get his 15% cash due him from OJ?

I wished they would have left in in jail until April. He makes me sick, and it makes me sick that he gets away with everything.

Go to cnn.com to see OJ in chains---and hear the judge just tell him and his lawyer off. ha ha Good for her! And OJ had to just sit there --in chains--and take it. Watch it---you will love it!

Not much of a stretch here...escecially since he never paid his first bondsman. That was also stupid.

He was ordered not to though. It also sounded a little threatening. OJ is just completely arrogant. I also think he must suffer from Narcissism.

"The district attorney charged that Simpson left an expletive-laced phone message Nov. 16, telling Pereira to tell co-defendant Clarence "C.J." Stewart how upset Simpson was about testimony during their preliminary hearing.

"I just want, want C.J. to know that ... I'm tired of this (expletive)," Simpson was quoted as saying. "Fed up with (expletives) changing what they told me. All right?"

Sounds to me like he was definitely trying to get a message to one of the other defendants - and I believe the judge had told him not to try to communicate with any of them "even by carrier pigeon".

His arrogance is beyond belief.

We've had the chance once to put this MURDER in jail. I hope they take any chance they can this time. (Although yeah, not sure what he did was a true violation of his bond - but lets consider it one say he can sit in jail.)
