UCF needs a big and dominent center, a 7+ footer with an athelatic ability. That is what the program is lacking, that's what it has been lacking

You are absolutely correct,Rick! UCF needs a big center. Coach Speraw is a good recruiter and a good coach, but he hasn't been able to recruit a true center yet. We'll see if he can do that soon

His name is Jakub Kusmieruk, already signed his LOI for next year.

To add to what Bill said, I've never seen Kusmieruk play, but 7'4", 275 is a nice place to start when you're a school looking for a dominant big man. Hopefully he's more productive on the offensive end than, say, Roy Hibbert, Kenny George or Hasheem Thabeet, though.

On second thought, I'd be 100% pleased if Kusmieruk is as productive for UCF as the three men I mentioned are for their schools. Not sure what I was thinking.

Search Youtube, you can see videos of him there. He is a major project and maybe Kirk can get this kid ready to play productive minutes by his Soph or Junior year.
Hope for UCF

Don't worry guys. Maybe you'll get lucky and Memphis will leave for another conference, allowing the rest of you guys to fight for the scraps.

Or maybe y'all can just move back down to Atlantic Sun, where you can win the title every now and then.

You guys couldn't even win the pathetic A-Sun on a regular basis. What ever made you think you could compete at a higher level?
