Linebacker Zach Thomas is headed home to Texas to play for the Dallas Cowboys in the state where he was a high school and college standout before 12 seasons with the Miami Dolphins.

I'll take a possible, and I use this two words very loosely "has been" over a not proven anything yet any day. This guy has forgot more about the game than 99% of the population knows.

I remember Zach playing at High School in White Deer Texas, 35 miles east of Amarillo. He dominated. But now 12 years after getting run over by fullbacks, he is out of gas.

He wanted to come to dallas though, this way he can take care of his ZACH 54 workout studios and maybe gravy up some of that cashe.

As a Texas A&M alum and NY'er, I support this signing. I also think Big Blue has tough season ahead of them in the NFC East.

Zach Thomas was a bad move for Miami. Jason Taylor and Thomas are all Pros and all that was left here. Thomas was the No-Name type defensive player who led the NFL in solo tackles but was never mentioned on ESPN. He has 1 injury part of last season and they act as if his career is over. I expect him to lead Dallas in tackles and the NFL as usual. 3 good years left, easily.
