Walker could have got out of his contract last season, but he wanted to get paid his full salary, and be released. I wish I could get my boss to do that for me.

Walker must be an idiot. If he wants out so bad he should ask for fifty cents on the dollar so that it is also a "win" for the T wolves.

Contrary to what Walker's agent says, Walker is not a great player. He has the body of a PF but wants to play the game like a SG, jacking up 3's (with an odd stroke no less) all game long and not mixing it up under the boards on either offense of defense.

We had another Italian whose last name stared with G and ended with I.

Kevin screwed that one up.
Could have got Jones and ?Campbel from the Lakers for Googs.
Kevin didn't want him to go to the Lakers as with him the would win the West.
Didn't make the trade, got nothing for Googs and the Lakers won anyway.

We know what Walker's agent will work out. Getting all the money he can work out of Glen Taylor's pocket and skipping town for good.

Oh STFU, jcdeucefour. Walker is only 31 years of age and has plenty of b-ball left to play. His agent said that he's a heck of a player 'cause he IS.

Other than Lamar Odom, he's the only player to be able to do the things he does(bringing the ball up the court like a Point-Forward, passing the ball like a Point-guard, rebounding like a PF, and so forth)

Walker will be dealt and hopefully to a team that lets him play and has a coach with an IQ higher than Ryan Gomes's jersey number.

It is obvious that the 3 best players in this draft are Rose, Bradley, and Mayo, if the Wolves don't thake one of those 3 they are just spitting in the face of any of the fans that have stuck with them after the last few years. That being said, I am sure that McHale will come up with some brilliant idea about some other guy, or trade down into the no-talent area of the first round so he can get a big doofy idiot that reminds him of himself like Love or Lopez. Maybe he can trade Jefferson to the Clippers for their entire bench. I wonder if Ainge will be sending his buddy Kevin another Championship ring from the Celts? What a joke this team has been. Joke team in a Joke league.
I will say that I am glad that K.G. never got a chance to put on his stupid "top of the world Ma'" thug life, hip-hop, show in MPLS, that was just embarassing!! He is like a 13 year old.
On second thought, Kevin should trade Jefferson and draft Love and Hansborough and just sit back and watch until the team folds. No more NBA.
Pssssst.... hey ref.......wanna make some cash?

I seem to remember a cult following for Gerald Green last year that raved how great he was and we should just let him go or trade him somwhere that he would get playing time so he could show the world he was the next T-Mac.....we did that and he was sooo great that Houston released him 2 weeks later. I was a fan of Walker when he was good too, but his window is barely cracked and is about to close. I would trade him for another Kirk Snyder in a second. If he was still such a superstar, how is it that he was so attainable last year and why can we not get rid of him now without buying out his entire deal?

There must be 2 Antoine Walker's in this league & the one your talking about hasn't been in the NBA for quite a few years. The one that played for the Wolves last year is a 3 point shooter, that's a questionable ball handler, can't really rebound & runs on his tip toes. WALKERISNOTDONE if you do see the Walker your talking about, you'll have to let me know. I'd like to see him play.

Kevin should just trade the third pick and Al Jefferson, Foye, Smith, and McCants to Miami for their 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th player and their second round pick.

Then Riley can get Beasley, Mayo, and, at the same time, get rid of his junk on the bench.

McHale can then draft three huge slow stiffs in the second round with those picks. Maybe that will start satisfying the 'remember when I was an NBA big man' fixation he has.

Then we'd have entertainment. The Wolves can be the 'Washington Generals' for EVERY other NBA team!

I must confess I lay awake at night wondering if Mayo is going to tell McHale that he won't play for the Wolves and he shouldn't even think about drafting him...

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Aquarius

Money is a source of friction between you and friends now, so treat it with caution and respect. There could be a disagreement between you and a chum about a possession or a debt that one of you owes the other. If you're trying to organize a forthcoming social event, you could come unstuck when working out how much it's all going to cost because it might be far too expensive.
