Notre Dame No. 21, USF Unranked: Are Voters Biased?

The voters are biased, otherwise Notre Dame would have been ranked all season, not just the past 2 weeks. They aren't world beaters but they are as worthy of being ranked as a lot of teams, Look how high LSU is ranked.
