Price didn't lack any explosiveness today he was making plays all over the court. Adrien had his usual double double. Thabeet was an absolute beast on the glass cleaning up everything and alters so many shots it's ridiculous. Dyson is one of the best defensive players in the nation and gets anywhere he wants off the dribble.

Oh yea Marcus- these are blogs i.e. grammar doesn't matter. You're not making your 20k/per Journalism job on these blogs.

So far so good for the Huskies. But they haven't faced the top four teams in the Big East; Marquette (5-0), Louisville (4-0), Syracuse (5-1) and Pitt (4-1). Then we'll know.

I disagree with Thabeet. It was an easy team to play gainst. Wait for his performance against solid big guy (remember his performance against freshman from Georgetown??). Defensively he has physical adantage - offensively (do not get fooled by his stats today) he is liability. Adrian provides more offensive presence in the middle and he is more consistent. You cannot teach 7.3 height. Free throw shooting must improve and so does control of the ball as well as offensive positioning. Stick needs to come around as well. We also need more consistency from AJ and Dyson. Adrian seems to be the key force for this team.

You cannot teach 7'3 height, but you also can't teach his remarkable ability to not fall for the pump fake. You can't teach height, but just because someone is tall doesn't mean they will be outstanding shot blockers like Thabeet is.
