Once again, the C-T will send it's sports editor to the Olympics in China, but it won't cover it's local Division I college basketball team. This article, written off of the stats sent out by Radford's sports information department, is sad. I listened to the game (online via a feed from Radford), but came to the C-T looking for some hometown spin. I should have known better. Hang your head Citizen Times. And keep working on figuring out why you're losing readers.

Ditto to what Bulldog Blue says. They could have at least watched the game on TV, don't you think? Plus, there is no mention of the questionable call that turned the ball over to Radford by the UNC Asheville basket with less than a minute of play and a three point difference in the score. BTW, it's the ESPN announcers who said it was a bad call, and I'll trust their expertise.
