PC is deep with talent and Coach Welch deserves credit for his recruiting efforts. But this year revealed his limitations as a coach and PC needs a change. All year long the team was flat-footed and unfocused in their half-court offense and committed way, way too many tunrovers. Several key players (e.g. EE) were terribly inconsistent both in production and playing time. Yes, Herbert Hill was tremendous, and again give credit where credit is due, but there were easily 5-8 losses this year which a top coach would have turned into victories.
