Pittsburgh Mayor Luke Ravenstahl has declared Friday as "Turn it Blue Day" in anticipation of Pitt's nationally televised showdown with Notre Dame on Saturday at Heinz Field.

Lackey wants Notre Dame to come to Pittsburgh so he can tax them! Just think these pampered college athletes on a full ride from out of state, WOW, the student of "The Tax Man" can just have at them.

He sure don't want Pitt to stay here, he's trying to tax them away. Oh well, Cranberry's waiting.
