Cowboys Fall 84-76 To Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh powered its way to a familiar place. Sam Young, the Panthers' poet in motion, scored 32 points and DeJuan Blair added another double-double as top-seeded Pittsburgh advanced to the round of 16 for the fifth time in eight years with an 84-76 win over Oklahoma State on Sunday.

it was a great game! i'm very proud of the Cowboys! a rough start to the season but a great finish...hoping for great things next year as well!

The cowboys won me as a fan this year as well. I caught their games on 1170 while working late. Lucky for them I quit catching games for a while and they turned it around. A lot of those losses were close though. You could tell they were about to break through. Great season overall!!!!

I am proud that they represented our state so well. They quickly let Pitt know that an 8th seeded team can beat you if you take them for granted. Moses had an outstanding tournament. I hope he continues to improve!
