Yes, Coach Portland DID have a "no lesbian" rule, and she's had it for YEARS! This was not news...if a girl selected Penn State, she knew well in advance the situation at the school on the team. If the girl didn't approve of the coaches policies, she should have gone elsewhere. However, two consecutive losing seasons made the school less tolerable of her policy, and having to deal constantly with "political correctness" was wearing on this outstanding woman and terrific coach. I wish her well in the future!
