The TU quarterback was injured in a very classic show of poor sportsmanship on the part of OSU football. The quaterbackback had stepped out of bounds, after making a sideline run, and had taken at least three steps, out of bounds, when the OSU defender hit him. Sure, the ref threw the flag and penalized them 15 yards, but this kind of flagrant foul should be dealt with more aggressively. To make this even worse, the OSU coach, in well into the fourth quarter, and leading the game by three touchdowns, kept his first string offense on the field, passing the ball and acting as if it were a one point game. Call it what you want, but ruining the score up on an opponent, when the game is already won, is poor sportsmanship. Too bad Gundy did this to another Oklahoma team. Many of us will remember this game.

You can blame the running up of the score in ANY game on the BCS. Points scored in games figures into the formula for going to a big BCS bowl game. Intentionally hitting a defensless player who has gone out of bounds should result in the offending player being ejected.

That being said, I can't stand that crybaby Gundy and hope they lose the rest of their games. They won't, but I can still hope. OSU SUCKS!
