Wrong! The only credible team ND played is USC. Oh and consider this: ND struggled with Michigan, while Alabama blew them out!!!!

ND backed into the BCS game, but no doubt that is what is known as THE LUCK OF THE IRISH! Alabama and Georgia had to play in the SEC Championship Game [which counted toward the national rankings post season] to determine which would play ND, while ND as an independent did not have to also play in a conference championship game. To be fair, the SEC Championship Game should not have had an effect on the national standings, and Alabama as #2 [or Georgia if voted ahead of Alabama post season] should have automatically been allowed to play ND in the BCS game. Alternatively ND could have been forced to play another game/team in order to confirm their #1 status post-season. In addition to ND's lack of schedule strength and their not being forced to play in a conference championship game is entirely unfair, but that is the biased nature of collegiate football MSM towards ND historically.

How in the heck is going 12-0 backing into the NC? That doesn't even make any sense.

Alabama wasn't forced to play in a conference championship game, they could waived the right as did Miami. It isn't my fault that the two SEC teams with weak schedules couldn't win in a convincing manner. Stop playing Western Carolina or Florida Atlantic, Western Kentucky or lol, Auburn if you want some respect. Have a nice day and try again.

12-0 and playing their/ND's schedule would be possible for almost every SEC team. Alabama will run over them like they did Michigan and DeNothing Robinson!!!!!!!!

Navy, Purdue, Michigan State, Michigan,Miami,Stanford,BYU, Oklahoma, Pittsburg, Boston College, Wake Forest, USC....are you kidding me? These teams couldn't even compete in the SEC much less win. Alabama destroyed Michigan this year and Michigan State the prior year. Give me a break! Florida, LSU, Georgia [besides Alabama] would have been 12-0 against these teams. The reason why ND is an independent is because they can't compete inside a conference. How many of these ND opponents are in the current top 10? Didn't ND lose to Navy the two prior years????? Next you'll be claiming that Charlie Weiss was a Coach-of-the-Year Candidate at ND no doubt! Just don't bet the mortgage money on ND's victory on 1/7/13, okay??????

alabama let denard into the endzone twice, Notre Dame not only caused him to turn the ball over 5 times, they never let him cross the goaline. It's because they are better.

Notre Dame doesn't hide in a conference where everyone plays each other and FCS (DivII) schools. If Notre Dame had played a schedule as easy as Bama's, they would have been undefeated, something the Alabamars can't say. Alabama played 5 teams that are bowl eligible, Notre Dame played 10. Have a nice day and try using logic and facts the next time you decide to open your penis holster on here.

I never attended school in Mississippi. I did receive a degree from South Alabama though. You live in Mobile and Mobile Co. School system is the lowest rated in the country, which is certainly apparent by your ignorance and your commentary. Have a nice day and try again Fart sniffer.
