The Club Tosban Sports Club was founded in the year 2000 out of the desire to improve the standard of living of good footballers who invest their youth and God giving talent and also to make money and fame.
Over the years young players have moved in and out of the team unto professional and premiership teams in Nigeria and some have gone aboard to play their trade. Some of our young stars have had call ups to the junior National teams of Nigeria, players such as Joel olubodun have gone on to distinguished themselves well.
It is on record that players like Promise Ofor, Lucky Ngenge and Chuke Nwanga play for Gabros international football club. The teams held its own against Eyinba football club of Nigeria at the peak of its Champions League glory. Year in year out we play top clubs in Nigeria and major championship like the F.A. Cup and other youth tournaments.
But we at Tosban Sport Club want to move to the next level as we have not made any profit from our investments rather we have lost our good young stars to greedy and unfair agents who take this boys to Europe and don’t give us no returns, notable amongst this players is Babajide Collins who play in Denmark, Kazeen Sulanimon who play in Algeria.
