1. Return Hayes to the lineup

2. Bench Valesquez

3. Play Bowie

I would rather watch Bowie make freshman mistakes than GV's turnovers, poor shot selection, and full court arrogance.

MDR, you stole the words right outta my mouth!! Vasquez is a boat anchor on this team. A guy who "thinks" he's great and "thinks" he's a leader, but who is really nothing but a turnover machine and a brick layer! Hayes and Bowie should be your TERP starting guards.

I'm sure Gary will put Vasquez, the TURNOVER MACHINE, in his place. When he cuts down the TO's he'll be a great player...right now, he's annoying to watch. As for Bowie, I like his quickness/ball handling/hustle. I'm very excited about the young talent on this team. Look for them to blow a lotta ACC games due to turnovers/inexperience, BUT I bet they'll pull some upsets late in the year as they mature....GO TERPS!

I think a lineup that includes Vasquez, Hayes, and Bowie may be effective with three players capable of handling point guard duties. Vasquez, while inconsistent and erratic at times with the ball, is still our best player and should play between 30-35 minutes a night. If he's not out there we have almost no chance of winning any ACC games. The people that are saying he should sit this year are probably the same people that thought our best player last year, D.J. Strawberry, should sit when he had a slow start to the ACC season.

These types of articles on the Maryland program and players are what make the Baltimore Sun's sports page so great. Thanks for giving fans and readers a different perspective and much more than just reporting scores. I keep coming back for more and more!

Daily Horoscope for December 7

Libra

You're ready to put a lot of energy and drive into the day, but you'll prefer it if you're doing things that have meaning and emotional significance for you. There's a chance that you could get quite heated over anything that strikes you as important now, and others could be taken aback by your vehemence. There might also be a minor dust-up over a financial matter.
