Miami won't end the year anywhere near the top 25. Now that the conference schedule is getting in full swing get used to losing.

You are supposed to inbound the ball to YOUR team not the others. CACA !!!

This team went on the road and the wheels fell off!
This loss against NC State should have never happened. This opponent lost its last two ball games by a combined 53 points. Are we not as good as are record? Or did a soft schedule get us here? We are now in our ACC schedule and every game counts.

Unlike f$u, the CANE basketball program and football programs are on the way up.

f$u will not sniff the top 25 in either sport. Now, they are nothing academically and athletically. The whole school is a joke!

This school will never be known as a basketball college. We cant get the talent we need to compete. And they choke in every big game we have. Sure you can beat the community colleges, but beat a real college for a change...lol

UF and UM are the best schools in the state. FSU is a distant second and UCF a very distand third.

You're right. Living in this area we know how badly the Wolfpack has struggled. They have already been written by the people of Raleigh. How a top 25 team can come here and lose to a team that's on the ropes is amazing to me. If the Canes want to compete they must win this type of game. They can't lose to a team when they are playing horribly. Looks like North Carolina teams owns Miami in both football and basketball. Never thought I'd see that day.

One of the worst defeats i've ever watched. I dont know how the team can regroup from a loss like this. Its a shame b/c this team could have done well in the tourney. Games with Unc, Clemson, @ Wake and Duke doesnt look good.

The whole thing is....EVERYBODY does this. Still I admit you are right - it probably would have had them a little better prepared for conference play.

I hate to say it because he has done a pretty good job getting recruits but Frank Haith is not a great basketball coach. A better coach would have saved time outs for the end. AND OR had someone other than King inbound the ball or at the very least throw the ball down court so it cant be quick sixed like it was. If he throws the ball down court then NC State doesnt have time to score. Sorry. Poor coaching. Well when we finally get around to getting a new AD I hope it is someone with some scope and some cahones [[[[UNLIKE DEE]]]]

I'm no Nole fan, but the Noles are in better shape than the Canes in both sports! 6-6, then a 5-7 season doesn't seem like "on the way up"! The Noles will win another ACC championship long before the Canes will!

Wow, I guess you don't know how to read the NCAA brackets. Both UF and FSU are below the Canes. Learn to read before making those premature comments.
