Well said. As for Hunter, even he might not have expected to be this solid only a year after the Aldridge/Porrini fiasco. I only hope these guys realize just how good they can be next year and stick with it. I'm especially concerned that Mr. Mutombo may want to consider playing for a major program instead. Negative thinking on my part to be sure; but I've seen too many Carey Riches, Eric Daileys, and Jarvis Hayes over the years.

Both teams have solid components and both should be good next year as well, adding a little more spice to the parkway rivalry. Two good coaches in Western North Carolina.

finally, somebody said what i have been thinking all year. Hunter has done a great job teaching these young men and molding them into a team. Right now they are playing well and have some confidence. All i can say is yeah Western! Go Cats
