Faris played a hell of a game and no one can take that away from him. Unless you think you can do better...

You know playing in the NIT is similar to playing in the New Mexico Bowl. It does not matter. NO ONE watches it outside of the 505. It is played by a team of losers that could not handle the pressure of real sports. And fat Lobo fan with beer and nacho cheese stains running down his/her wife beaters think it is a great experience.

Faris had better make good considering it was he and the other seniors choking when it mattered most which resulted in them playing in the Not Important Tournament.

You guys are a bunch of idiots. Winning any post-season game is important, even if it is the NIT. The Lobos were not NCAA caliber this year, and it will do the program better to have some quality wins in the NIT tournament than to have made the Dance and get obliterated in the first round by a 1 or 2 seed.

Just another normal season for the "Bobos", load up on early season weak ass teams. Then cry like a baby because they dont get to go to the big dance. UNM basketball has been a joke for the last 20 years!

Yeah whatever. You probably got D's in school and were happy just to have passed.

I don't see why Faris played for the Lobos anyway. He was barely good enough to play at Highlands.

WTF? Faris played at Eldorado and he helped that team win back to back state titles his junior and senior year.
