Sure looked like an empty pam am center. What is the deal with the fans in las cruces?????????? Come out and support your team. This is actually a pretty good Aggie team and once we get Book worms, gillenwater and Wenell back they'll even better. You can bet that when NMSU goes to the PIT it's going to be packed and loud. I think it just plain SUCKS that the city of las cruces won't come out and support our Aggie basketball team against our in state rivals..........Just plain sucks!

Yes! I agree. Should've had at least 12,000 fans there roaring and cheering our Aggies against the los lobos. They deserve our support. I think they're a good team and once our other players on suspension return, they're going to have a shot at the conference title. In an empty place like that ain't no team gonna come in there and feel that they're at a disadvantage! Las cruces is growing and we should be able to sell that building out for basketball. Where the HELL is your pride cruces?!

Give credit were credit is due. UNM is a good team and did what they had to do to win. On that note NMSU is not a good team and Marvin Menzies got out coached again. What your record in rival game versus UNM & UTEP? He was asked what were wrong and how do you fix it, And his responce was "we got be by two good teams." Good answer coach. Marvin Menzies, what game were you watching. If it's not one thing its another why the Aggies lost. Then you have two star players in street cloths because they can't make the grades. The only thing that you can do right get talented players to come to NMSU, yet another loss to a rival. I guess it's wait till next year, but that was said aboput last year team. I know it been mentioned that the goals of this team are to win the WAC and go to the NCAA. Don't see it happening. This team could not make the NMAA boys high school basketball tournament. One last point, from what I saw at the game there were empty seats, I guess people got better things to do than watch Marvin Menzies get out coached and watch the Aggies lose another game to a rival.

We sure as heck aren't going to win in Albuquerque. I think Menzies is to much of a laid back coach. Somehow he doesnt inspire his players or this city. Without their two solid fowards it was going to be hard to win this game and any other game. And I agree, the place was empty and lifeless. I sure do miss Reggie Theus..........

Being an Aggie just plain sucks dirt these days!

Football team is bad and now this? No leadership on this team. The two players who are supposed to be leading this team are the worst! Terrible body language and moping around the court. Menzies is always a day late and a penny short. Total team loss against the Lobos. What a drag.

I agree with Phillip regarding Menzies' attitude. I've already posted off another article about the game so I won't rehash. I also was frustrated to hear Menzies say "we got beat by 2 good teams"...so are we not a good team? No wonder fan support is poor.

Our only chance at winning until we get the 2 players back is playing the starting 3 guards 35 minutes each. Our young players are not ready yet.

Our young players need to play spot minutes until they gain their balance.

Not filling the Pan Am on a rivalry night was
embarrasing and shows what the fan base already
knows - it's gonna be a long year in Aggie
Sports.

Of course Boston's wonderful idea on placing a
donation fee on most of the seating in this
recession is ridiculous and just plain old greed.

Bring back WNMU - might be able to get a check in
the win column.
