It's all relative at NJIT

I realize the press is trying to be optimistic about this team, but lets face it they don't really belong in Div 1.
In addition, press is also being nice to engles but he really isnt anything special
Guys on the fast track to success do not spend 20 years as an assistant only to get offered a job at njit
I think NJIT should realize they have div 3 quality in players and coaches

It's a temporary setback they put them off-track...they would have won some games by now if Nesho Milosevic had not left the team....after he left.....natural 3s were forced to play the no 4 position...and natural 2s were made to play no 3 position....that hurts....
I came to this conclusion that last year and this year....it is missing out on 1 key player.....that is the difference between the team that won 5 games in the 1st season and this/last seasons teams. Games are won in D1 when all 5 players are in their natural positions or when there are star players... This current team is short of both these factors.
I also think it is more just sports the President and AD considered when they gave Engles the job.... it may have something to do with his exposures with students of different academic standings including an Ivy League school.
Incidentally, he did say before in an interview that he hopes to get his team to the level where Manhattan was at in 2 years time during his first match.
