It's my impression that torn Hamstrings are a result of poor pelvic movement. I've done literature searches and informal observation and found that Chiropractic adjustments can help to rapidly heal and possibly prevent hamstring injuries. If your kid or you are suffering from a "hammy", go get some Chiropractic care. As you can see Kaipo's career has been severely affected by his hamstring problems. And if the cure was about stretching and warming up he would have defeated this problem long ago, trust me. "Hammys" are a result of increased muscle tension brought on by poor pelvic mechanics. If you need a Chiropractor let me know.
