wondering why miles didnt play lee in the game when jj looked so bad?wont say anything until maybe miles has a reason that will come out later that fans dont know about?one thing i do know is miles should be horse whipped for sending lee out for last play of the game!what in hell was that but an insult to lee?lee helped lsu win 8 games without jj and to send him out to take a knee sucks!if lee had started he would have been yanked for jjs first half performance!agreed jj was great against ark.but sucked against ga.lee is the top rated passer in the sec but so what?some games jj is better suited for but i believe lee could have really cut ga. to pieces when the run game got going?we will wait and see what developes?

LSU already proved they are the best. This game proves nothing at all. It's not a real championship game. It has nothing to do with my BUCKEYES (get used to hearing about them because they are about to make some real noise, BTW). It has everything to do with the worst system in all of sports. And yes, LSU's inangibles (that some people call luck), will win this game for them in much the same way. Crazy plays that you think don't make sense, but are caused by the defense's instinct.
Bama has a better offense and defense, but they will still lose again. This is a special LSU team. But someone else deserved a shot at them.

Those who want to debate the system going forward should do so. Perhaps other conferences will want to revisit the plus-one proposal that the SEC put forward (and the Big 12 & Big Ten rejected) three years ago. Perhaps there a other, better formats.

The voters picked the teams under this system we have now.. the best two teams

It's curious that North Carolina and Duke can play twice in the regular basketball season, meet each other again in the ACC Tournament, then square off in the Final Four without the previous three meetings being hung around anyone's neck like an albatross. "But that's the system we have," basketball fans will say.

Well this is the system we have with football

I will watch, but you can bet (like a vast majority of the country) I will be watching the Stanford/Oklahoma State bowl game. Now that has the making of an exciting shootout! They always say defense wins championships and maybe rightfully so, but a defensive game with a few traded field goals equals a ratings disaster...zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Clown, I think a lot of us would show a little more excitement about your rematch if the first game wasnt such a dud. It is like an overhyped boxing match that falls flat. It is very hard to get fans behind the two fighters for a rematch. Of course your boys can change this by going in as underdogs and kicking the shyt out of the Tigers and scoring a bunch of points on them. Not sure it can happen though...

With all the extra media hype (but deservedly so) the BCS National Championship game is "supposed" to, so that would be expected!

To match the swiss cheese defenses of the other conferences, maybe LSU and Bama could agree to play a 9 man defense to keep the viewers interested. We could put ankle weights on the safety and corners to promote some "high powered offense"!!!!!
