Three completely blown calls that went against Mizzou and gave 21 points to Kstate still wasn't enough to over come Mizzou's powerful offense.

It's time for Missouri to dominate in this series for a while to come.

Have you seen all the talent lining up to jump on the MU train? Top rated QB's, four star Texas receivers. Plus we play in the best recruit bowl game possible. I am fine with playing in the talent rich state of Texas.
It may be decades before ksu beats MU again in Football.

By the way, what day does ksu play it's bowl? I can't seem to find it.

An MU fan talking about going on a win streak against Kansas State. Hilarious!!!!!!! Really.......it is.

KSU vs. MU
1991 32-0 W
1992 14-27 L
1993 31-21 W
1994 21-18 W
1995 30-0 W
1996 35-10 W
1997 41-11 W
1998 31-25 W
1999 66-0 W
2000 28-24 W
2001 24-3 W
2002 38-0 W
2003 24-14 W
2004 35-24 W
2005 36-28 W
2006 21-41 L
2007 32-49 L

There is a team called the Texas Longhorns who have some pretty decent athletes(so I've heard)that we did ok against the last couple years so I'm not too worried about MU's players star ratings. Injuries and departures killed us this year......especially on defense......and we certainly were a different team late in the year when we played MU than we were earlier in the year.

So you want to talk history, when Iím talking about the present and future. Fine, here is the truth of the total history.
57 Missouri wins to KSU 31 wins with 5 ties. Your team could win twenty-five in a row and they still would be behind in the all time count. Do you realize how terrible your team really is against us? You can laugh all you want but the joke is obviously on you.

What bowl is Freeman and Price in this year? Oh ya, the Toilet Bowl.

I am talking about the present smart guy. And for the record you were the one that brought up the notion that "It may be decades before ksu beats MU again in Football". Again, F-ing hilarious! Awesome stuff man. Do you have any clue what has happened in the KSU - MU series in the last 18 years????? I'm serious. It's possible you're in 7th grade and don't remember how bad really has been in this series. Let me refresh you about how bad we have DOMINATED you since you seem to live on a future MU planet somewhere in an unknown galaxy. On planet earth in 1991 Kansas St. started a streak of DOMINANCE that did not end until Nov. 17th of 2007. That's the current 2007(otherwise known as the present)season I was referring to in case you missed it the first time. In that same period Kansas St. also won a RIDICOULOUS 13 games in a row from 1993 through 2005. THIRTEEN IN A ROW!!!!!!!! MU is going to have to prove a WHOLE LOT more than what they have done in the last 2 years to be able to talk shit to--or about Kansas State.......at least if you want to be taken seriously. MU has a very good team, and I respect Gary Pinkel tremendously but you need stare at those scores I listed a little harder so you can ground yourself before you make your next post.

"Do you realize how terrible your team really is against us?"

You're right Brisck62.........whooping your ass 13 years in a row is pretty terrible huh.

It must be nice to live in the subjective past. I'm sure you are a flaming liberal who loves to make his own rules so that you can feel good about your position. I might as well be typing too a rock.
Iíve been around a while and got to see a lot of big 8 games where K-state had real great years of 2 and 3 wins in the 80ís or does that go back to far for you to remember.
Bottom line is that we currently have the winning streak against you and it will be 3 after next year at Columbia. We are 27 games ahead of you in all time games played. If you want to take a selective look at just the last 18 years then go head. It is the only way you really look good. But then again that is being subjective in your analyzes which is what you want to do anyway, so you just continue living in your dream world and I will look foreword to the real one I live in.

I did find their Bowl by the way. They are playing in the prestigious Imagination Bowl.

You only wanted to go back to the 1990's and look at the production of on successfull KSTATE coach. Let's go back to at least the 1980's, or were you not born yet?
1980 MU 13-KSU 3
1981 58-13
1982 7-7 Tie
1983 38-0
1984 61-21
1985 17-20 Bright spot for KSU Won by 3
1986 17-6
1987 34-10
1988 52-21
1989 21-9
MU went 8-1-1 against KSU in the 80's
Also just to show which school has true football tradition, not just a flash in the pan 15 year run with one coach.
7-3 in the 70's
10-0 in the 60's
8-2 in the 50's

Ksu has a long way to go to even come close to the tradition MU has in Football.
Just the facts!

It's funny how I've been talking about a streak THAT ENDED THIS YEAR and all you can think of is that I'm dwelling on the past. Clever, very clever Brisck62. It is quite a long streak that goes back a number of years but it's not my fault that streak went back that far..........it's Bill Snyders fault. He owned Missouri like he owned Iowa St. and Kansas. Don't worry, you weren't the only one who got dominated in that time frame. And were do you come up with this liberal bull shit??? Struggling much? Do you want to know when the next time MU will beat KSU 13 years in a row? NEVER. I can guarantee you that they won't even sniff a streak like that........not in either of our lifetimes. That's how bad that was. So you go huff and puff around with your last two little victories in la la land and I will be looking forward to our next victory in Columbia. Which would make it 14 of the last 16. Do you fly your space ship back from Planet MU to watch the games or are you able to get them out their? Just curious.

P.S. A word of advice. Don't bring up decades of dominance when speaking of a specific series.........if in that series YOUR TEAM was the last one who got dominated for OVER a decade. You won't look near as stupid that way.

I actually started this thread to make reference to how the officials tried there best to actually keep KSU in the game. YOU wanted to talk about PAST STREAKS, I wanted to talk about CURRENT and FUTURE streaks that started last year not that "ENDED THIS YEAR". Mizzou beat KSU in 06 as well as 07.

ďDo you want to know when the next time MU will beat KSU 13 years in a row? NEVER. I can guarantee you that they won't even sniff a streak like that........not in either of our lifetimesĒ

Your past streak isn't so impressive when you view it against MU's longest against KSU.
Education time; Missouri Beat Kansas State 12 years in a row. 1958 to 1969.
Very close to your 13 year streak. sniff, sniff...... which will NEVER EVER be duplicated. You're the one that wanted to bring up history which really doesn't matter except to those who live in the past........
Those sniffs are ksu fans crying for bill to come back. There one and only successfully football coach they will ever have.

Do you still not get that it is a home game winning streak I have been referring to? Really? You don't??? The reason I brought up the streak is because --if-- we would have won in Manhattan this year the streak would have been a standing record(otherwise known as current streak for the slow people in the bunch)of an 18 year stretch in which you left Manhattan WITHOUT A VICTORY. Which makes it more than relevant as a reply to--"It may be decades before ksu beats MU again in Football."-- I understand that you want to talk about the future because the not-to-distant past under Bill Snyder was a steady dose of beat down after beat down regardless of whether it was in Manhattan or Columbia. That is a fact. And not one you want to acknowledge apparently. So it makes perfect sense that you want to discredit RECENT winning streaks and compare them to shit that happened in the 50's like it has the same relevance. Streaks happened much more often in the past because the parody in the NCAA wasn't near what it is today. So the fact that our streak against you was not only LONGER but MORE RECENT as well makes it a no brainer that it was a better run. Sorry..........it was a nice try though.
