I remember Cecil back in the late sixties at Barrett Chapel elementary school. The memories that I have of Cecil is that he had a humble attitude and looked for the positive approach to all situations. Cecil was a very courage's little guy back in the 3rd and 4th grade, he would not back down from any adversity. I never saw this guy mistreat anyone.
My prayers go out to his family. His mother Mrs. Dowell was my 3rd grade teacher.
