or maybe they could give their recruits a pay raise and better cars; that would make them play harder?

This team is very young and very talented, just like the football team. They might be really good in a few years, but they definitely do not deserve a bid to the tourney. Who have they beat? Just like football, they had a weak non-conference schedule. Better luck next year.

the gaytors are young, no one would expect the team to do much this year, and back to back championships is hard enough another one would be even harder at this stage...

Another clueless college fan. Both the football & the basketball teams have a lot of youth. They also have a lot of TALENT though. Growing pains - that's what G-ville is experiencing. They will be back on top in no time. And the Canes? Still will be known as "Thug-U". GO GATORS!!

Back to Back defending National Champs!! I would not call them losers!! Not one starting player from the NC teams are back this year. The Gators will be back though, and your team will still be knocked out of the first round of the NIT!!

You really think that the Canes are NIT bound and the Gators are NCAA bound? You wanna bet on it? We beat Duke, Marlyand, and Virginia in the past two weeks, and the Gators have beaten who? It's a shame that the Gators were afraid to play the Canes, so we could see who is really better this year.

Maybe I wouldn't mind an NIT bid, just to beat the Gators. After all, when the Canes got ripped off by the BCS in 2000 in favor of FSU, the consolation of forcing the Gators to play us for the State Title again and winning.

Considering you're from Kansas...we'll be quiet when you shut your mouth about football. 100 years of losing doesn't make up for one successful year. Plus, it has been quite a while since your Jayhawks won anything. As far as the Heat, yep they suck but get a team before ripping on one.
