Pam will do even better when she learns to "lighten up" a little more with her players. She wants to win, and we all understand that. But she should make sure she makes the experience playing on her team "fun" and not so intense.
That will make it easier for the team and for recruiting. Congratulations, Pam!

Shows who is running the AD's office. I do not see Pam as a championship coach, more of a PC choice who does not overspend.
