A Houston we have a problem. Four years into the Tubby regime and can anybody see why he was run out of KY??. The Gophers are mediocre at best!! Gopher sports are a joke!

Well, these were two tough games on the road to open conference pay. It may not be time to panic but it appears that the Gophers are a good team in a great conference. I would imagine the team needs to get 20 wins to qualify for the Dance in March.

Brewster was obvious .... now Tubby is rising to the occasion of questionable traits and he will be in a very HOT SEAT if they lose to Indiana and go less than 9-9 in the BT this season. This team is showing NO SIGN of IMPROVEMENT in the progressive span of 4 years with Tubby.

Either you guys are Gopher fans who are in full panic or you are trolls. We are 0-2 on the road at Wisconsin and MSU. Not great, not good, not the end of the world unless you are in panic or a troll.

Perhaps we should pull a Maturi, fire Tubby and higher a Tim Brewster.

The Gang That Couldn't Shoot Straight...
Not since the great teams of the 70's have the Goph's had a great shooting team.
Long range, short range, free throws, right under the hoop; Year in, year out, an awful shooting group.

Who's ready to once again, pat Joel Maturi on the back for hiring "legendary" coach Tubby Smith?
Just curious...how many Big Ten Men's BB Championships have the Gophers won under Coach Smith? When will he be inducted into the hall of fame?

Sampson is soft, Iverson is out of control, Nolan over penetrates, Hoffarber and Joseph get rattled and just throw up shots. Rodney Williams is well......a constant no show. Since when do you reward a guy with playing time for good play during practice but sucks in real game time?

The Wisconsin game was winnable with some key timed free throws. The Michigan State game was more in the hands of the Refs. I mean come on.....who pulls a guy down from behind with no foul being called? When defending the ball, sticking your leg out to block a pass is a "kicked ball"! Those are simple calls these Refs missed or didn't call on purpose. Then the double technicals on the Spartan player and Nolen? Are you serious? What was that Ref looking st? Hoffarber was being dragged down with no call and Nolen came to his aid and called for a "T"? What a joke!!

Once Trevor left the game with 3 fouls, the frontcourt cowardly layed down~

Get it corrected! Please!

I don't want to go back to 9 wins a season like some of these so called Gophers fans seem to have forgotten~

What's with Iverson trying to shoot left handed???? Isn't he tall enough to shoot over the defense???

Sampson needs to have a fire lit under him...wake him up!!!! Get aggressive!

Now for the guard play, outside of Hoffarber, they can't shoot and the don't defense the perimeter.

Smith has to look at some of the younger players on the bench, the experienced players are not doing the job...shake them up or they won't make the NIT!

This is precisely why Tubby was available for the Gopher job. KY fans had seen enough. This is as good as it will get Gopher fans--wake up. There are lots of seats available at Williams every game-there will be many more by season's end

Would you rather have 9 win seasons? Get a clue! Tubby wasn't brought here with expectations of winning BB Championships ya moron! He was brought here to clean up the program and win more games than the Gophers had in recent years. Something he has done or have you forgotten the 60some wins the past 3 seasons? The Gophers while are not winning championships, they are more competetive or have you forgotten the Big Ten Title game last year?

These last two games were hard games on the road for anyone! You think a couple losses and the season is over? Go find another team to root for ya clueless fairweather fan!

Losing Mo Walker hurt this team but the freshmen are learning quickly and will help down the road. Next year's incoming class with be Tubby's actually 4th year recruiting class! have a clue before you go spouting off!

If you don't like the Gophers, don't watch them. Shows you aren't happy with anything in your life~! loser~

NEWS FLASH: Tubby Smith is not one the best coaches in the country, he's not even in the top 5 in the Big Ten. He's a coach that is capable of bringing a horrible team to a decent team but not able to take them any further...but alot of coaches can do that.

" ... Minnesota folds...."?? What kind of headline is that? I thought "folds" meant to surrender? I did not see that at all. Very poor choice of words. Inaccurate, judgmental and unprofessional.
