I am a life long wolverine. Being the son of four generations of alumni and an alumni myself I can not believe what has happened to this team. Rich Rodriguez HAS TO GO! In todays loss to OSU, he pulled Forcier two times immediately after a huge gain and put in a guy who can't even tie his own shoes and everyone knows won't throw the ball. The QB is suposed to be the head of the team on the field, the rock of the team, and the one really consistant thing they have. When a coach can't even make up his mind on a simple thing like who the QB of a team is over an entire season, his mind needs to be made up for him. FIRE RICH ROD! He has got to go. His poor decisions, his lack of fundamental football, and his innability to win games is enough to send him packing (not including his problems with the rules of the NCAA). It is time to say goodbye to Rodriguez and bring in someone who knows what Big Ten football is all about. Two straight years of losing seasons is more than enough for me and the rest of the die hard fans.

It is time but not because he puts in "shoelace". Its time because he doesnt take Forcier out after a stupid fumble and 1 interception, or 2, or 3, but after 4. How embarrasing do things have to get? Greg Robinson is a joke. I live in Syracuse and watched him completely kill an already dying program. Then he goes to the team i like and makes every offense we play look like a jugenaut. Change everything now. PLEASE!!!!!!!

Don't forget he is a great motivator. I mean who else would go on the radio and say the QB job next year is up for grams to impress the Inkster QB recruit ranked 5. If I was Forcier every pass I'd threw today I'd be thinking boy did I make a mistake comeing here. Heck Mallett was a # 1 four years ago a # 5 should make us #1.

U of M deserves to suffer. Taking 2 coaches from a single school was unethical! The Mountaineers are 7-3 without Rodriguez and UM may have to suffer another 2 years of mediocrity before they can even compete with PSU and MSU.

they were stupied for hiring the fool in the 1st place
he screwed West Virginia when he left, has no class or loyalty and left the players he recruited at WV. Michigan blew it on this one.

you Michigan fans need to stop crying, so what you have had a couple bad years get over it all programs go though it, your stretch just has been longer than most other programs. lets get the facts out, Rich Rod is one of the BEST football coaches in the country and has a resume full of championships at every college level. The man has been a winner and turned every program he has ever touched into gold. He will take Michigan and win more National Championships than Bo and Carr put together. You all know that's only ONE for both Carr and Bo put together. For all you bring Jim Harbaugh back fans, give me a break Harbaugh doesn't even come close to having a resume worthly of Michigan's head coach. He was 9-15 his first two years at Stanford and just because he has a couple of big wins this year, what do you say lets see if he can even win the Pac Ten title one time before considering him for the Michigan job and by the way that wont be this year. I guess there are some Les Miles fans out there too. I would also pass on him, this guy has been slowly drifting from the top of college football's lime light. He and his coaching staff cant even manage the game clock, if your not sure what i mean by this, LSU horribly mis managed the game clock against Ole Miss this last weekend which caused them the game. You will soon see that Rich is the best thing Michigan ever had in a few short years. Did i mention the long list of Championships this guy has brought his other programs.

Coach Rodriguez is gonna do a great job at UM. You can already tell....remember 5the beginning of the season when he trotted out this freshman QB that was exciting and you could see all the potential?....Well, the team you want could surely only be one or two years away, give him the time to recruit and bring this ground and pound team into the 21st century. He has the cred to get it done..........Did any of you really think he would beat OSU already?.....Let's all grow up a little....

so what your saying is every coach who goes to another program has no loyalty, i guess that's every college head coach in america, where do you think head coaches come from. other programs if your still wondering. have you never left a job for a more promising and higher paying one or are you still working at your first high school minium wage paying job, were is your loyalty. grow up. Florida's coach left Utah, Cincy's coach left Central Michigan, Bobby Bowden left West Virgina for Florida State, the list goes on and on, this is how is works. You sound likd a WV fan who in fact is saddend by Rich Rod's departure. Lets face the facts if you were ask's to move to a differnt state doing the same job your doing now for 3 times the money, would you go? I would.

i dont think he should be fired either. Anyone who knows anything about football knew that it was going to be a 3 year process going from the pro-style set to the spread option. But that offense is what is winning National Championships right now. We actually saw a big improvement between year one and year two of the RichRod era. Michigan is the epitome of college football built on traditon, and most importantly- WINNING! MICHIGAN followers are more than upset with the past 2 years, and for just reasons. But look at it this way:
40 years straight of having a winning record,
33 years straight of going to a bowl game, both of
which are NCAA records. Michigan football was bound to go down, you know? Look at Florida after the Spurrier era. They moved to the spread under Ron Zook, lost, brought in Urban Meyer and won 2 national championships in 3 years.I believe that Rich will get MICHIGAN back on track, starting this year. A 9 win season would be perfect. I think RichRod needs to look at old film of MICHIGAN coaches. Michigan coaches don't cry interviews or make excuses! RichRod needs to toughen up and do what he does best: and that's win!

I just want to say I love you guys for taking Rich Rod. Rita wouldn't let him come to Bama so I guess I love her too. I am thankful every day that we didn't get him. Not laughing at you but really feel sorry for you that someone like that could come in and totally ruin such a great football program that the Wolverines were
