College Basketball Roundup: Turner's bomb lifts Buckeyes

Look at the video of Turner's last second shot. The clock does not start until after Turner grabbed the pass from out of bounds, turned and dribbled once. That was at least 7/10ths of a second that did not tick off the clock. Michigan basketball players did not lose the game--the time keeper gave the game to OSU. There is no dispute about it if the video is reviewed. The referees should have reviewed that along with whether the shot was timely.
