JM's Mark Sampson Jr. Walking on at West Virginia

Those camps taugh me alot and trhey were very fun . I'm excited about this opportunity. Without question, WVU needs help at WR. This kid's games stats aren't earth shattering, but they're certainly better than average. If he has good height and good speed, he could be another of those sleeper keepers.

Mark Sampson is not tall enough to play WR he will not do good.
I see him tranferring to div. 2 after one year of practice squad.

Mark, I'm reminded of this 5' 7" receiver, Antonio Brown, who lit it up under former WVU HC, Don Nehlan. It's not how big you are; it's how big you play. Now, nobody ever said college football at the BCS level would be easy. It takes more than the usual buzz words of desire & dedication. It takes perseverance, heart, and a stubborn streak practically next to none.

If Play-Off division football is what you want, if it's where your heart is, then God Bless you. On the other hand, if it's what your comfortable with, you should reconsider the sport entirely. To play football, above all, you have to have a serous commitment and love for the game. It's not about what one is comfortable with; it's about what one can rise to be. It's up to you to what level of excellence you shall rise. What ever your decision, good luck and God Bless!!!

his credentials are very good..2xjr.high camp player..3 yr.hs starter,stats completed to tds,great....heart,the essence,he has seized the chance to compete for dreams,when the time comes to you...will you dare compete?? it is a brave lad.

Line him up 40 yards from the line of scrimmage on fourth down. Sounds like the kind of guy would would do well returning punts. Isn't that how Antonio Brown showed his stuff and earned his way? Didn't he play on Sunday?

dog gone betcha' he played on sundays...what you might not know is that antonio brown is the fastest 40yds sprinter in wvu history...with a 4.18sec..faster than buggs,owens,and gold medalist james jett.

Dozer, he knows there are no haters here. It's all a matter of perspective. Bottom line, we want him to come to WVU. If this kid wants the same, great; if not, all the best to him all the same. If that's hate, I'm in the wrong state...of mind that is.

Antonio Brown along with Daruis Reynaud, who is not all that tall either, are two of the best WRs WVU has ever had! You don't always have to be tall. Especially in WVU's offense.

I know Mark personally as well. He has ALL THE HEART, hard work, and dedication. He has worked harder than anyone I know to get where he is today. He's actually the second tallest player at his position and is doing GREAT in practice!
