FSU adjusts its football schedule in light of probe

State has begun recent football seasons against the likes of Miami and Clemson, but because of an academic fraud scandal that will leave Coach Bobby Bowden 's team short-handed, the Seminoles will open their ... Read more

Well Golly Gee Gosh, Bobby what a great way
to beat the system. What no highschool girls team
available. And Holy Gosh Darn what a way to teach
your team responsibility. It would have been a great
teaching tool to have your team play it's regularly
scheduled teams. They as well as the players sus-
pended would actually learn what happens to cheaters.
But as usual Coach "aw shucks all we want to do
is win", attitude trumps valuable life lessons.

Screw you gayturd. There is no such thing as regularly scheduled teams. The Noles have started the last several years with ranked opponents- something that most teams, including the gayturds, do not.

I could not agree more. What a chicken sh1t way to possible get a few wins and not pay the penalty for cheating. Then he even admits he could not find another easy team for weak three because it had to be in the ACC. I'm wondering who taught who on how to cheat the system?

two Div. 2 teams to start the season?

Even if you go undefeated, your SOS will kill you, and you cant make it to the national championship game. What a waste of a season, and what a way to cheat. New low for ol' Bobby.

Since when do you get to pick who you play? Knowing Bobby he'll be crying by the fourth game saying they deserve a bowl shot even though they have'nt won a game.....wawawawawawawa

It's official - Bobby "Daggummitt" Bowden is the biggest piece of garbage to ever walk a football sideline. How do you look your kids in the eye and expect them to learn anything from all of that cheating b.s. if this is how you circumvent the system? I hope the NCAA comes down on these podunk, inbred, cheating, uneducated, win-at-all-costs scumwaffles. There better not be one semen-hole talking any crap this year to either UM or UF. Considering the fact sorry-ass FAU is the only Florida school to win a bowl game last year, the whole state should just shut their mouths until someone actually has a successful season.

Not just 2 Division II schools. 2 Division II schools with a combined 3 wins last year. Way to stack the schedule.

Oh no poor noles!!! so because your players cheated, you rearrange your schedule so you can chalk up 2 easy wins. To me thats nothing more than being a wimp. That also tells your other players that there not good enough to beat another team,

All i can say is Appalachin State all over again

Leave it to a sad criminole fan to start the name calling. Try and grow up and realize your team is not that good. Sorry for the 45-12 beat down you experienced in Gainesville in 2007. You will survive. If you don't, no one will care.

What a joke! Nothing new in Tally though. Not only does F$U schedule 2 1AA teams but 2 of the worst. Appl St would beat F$U. Again, Bobby will do anything to get the record he's not worthy of. It's the only reason he's still there and everyone knows it now. A 5-7 year with no bowl game is what he deserves in his last season.

FSU is always looking for the easy way out. Every year it seems like they have some kind of scandal and it is getting tiresome. The Canes just had one of their best recruiting years and the Noles are afraid to play them early. What a bunch of pansies. Step up to the plate you rednecks and grow some gonads.

Wow. The Seminoles schedule is starting to look like a University of Florida schedule. They are putting all of the cream puffs at the start of the schedule. Sorry Urban. The truth hurts. Oh, I'm sorry. You're probably bush texting a recruits girlfriend and don't have time to read this nonsense.

I think FSU should schedule teams like Western Kentucky or Troy for their first two games of the season.
