I saw the game. Nobody got clobbered. I root for UNCA, esp. versus Liberty. I'm happy to see UNCA doing well, but this was no clobbering. Until about five minutes left in the game, Liberty was hanging in there very nicely.

If the game is sold out already, how about moving the game to the Civic center
(assuming no conflicts, of course)

I think Liberty draws more ire than most other Big South schools. They couldn't hit free throws down the stretch and that led to the score being the way it was. Great game by the guys.

We need to bring it on Saturday morning. The guys better be in bed early tonight b/c the game is at 11:30am.

Does anybody have any suggestions on where to go watch the game in the Waynesville area?

Anybody have any guesses as to if there will be people trying to sell tickets at the justice center tomorrow morning? I would love to go, but I figured the tickets had been sold out for a long time... and then I got an alumni email this morning saying they still had tickets... but when I went to look, they'd been sold out for two hours!!!

Go Dogs!! One more to go, I think we could beat Winthrop, but its hard to beat the same team 3 times in one season.
I HAVE 2 TICKETS

By mistake, I actually got duplicate tickets over the internet last night with a friend.
We have TWO TICKETS for face value to the first UNCA fans who email me.

Wouldn't it piss WLOS' own Stan Pamfilis off mightily if UNC-A went further in the NCAA's than his precious Clemson Tigers? He all but wears his allegience to Clemson on his sleeve while UNC-A has had to do something short of starting a nuclear conflict for the man to notice them.

They are moving the game to the YMCA. They want to see if they can cram 1,100 people into stands accommodating 100. Could set a new Guinness Book of World Records mark. I agree with the previous post...UNCA did win, but they did not "clobber" Liberty. Until 4:00 to go, it was anybody's game. Kenny G. just needs to sit his butt on the block down low. Guys half his size were moving him out 4-5 feet from the block, and he is useless out there. He cannot out it on the floor at all, so Kenny - use your size and but your damn butt on the block and don't move. From there, it's dunk city for the big guy. Should be a good game on Saturday. I say UNCA by 4 points.
