K-State adds Montana State, drops Fresno State for football

Kansas State will play Montana State in a football game Sept. 6, the school announced Tuesday.The Wildcats dropped Fresno State from the schedule and replaced the Bulldogs with Montana State. via KansasCity.com

A Kansas State administrator admitted his school was trying to get out of the Fresno State game a while back, but now it's a reality worth repeating: A Big 12 school paid $250,000 to get out of a home game against the No. 3 team in the Western Athletic Conference. A home game.

That is so lame better for Fresno State, will be on TV more, but seems to me K state is afraid of getting there asses handed to them again

It is puzzling and frustrating at best for me. I apologize to Fresno St. fans for this. If you are going to drop any game(which I don't advocate)do NOT DROP A HOME GAME. It doesn't make sense to me at all. From what I have read......our practices we are going to have a very good team this year so I really really wish we would have played. Oh well. Moving on.
