This Twolves leadership seem to be more worried about someone saying something bad about them, rather then use strategy to better the team. Play the young players (the future) 35+ minutes per game NO MATTER WHAT THEY DO ON THE COURT (they will do something good and they profess to drafting high character players; WHY DONT THEY TRUST THEM ENOUGH TO LET THEM PLAY AND LEARN) Idiots. I think they forgot that we need experience, toughness, rebound, defense INSIDE!!!!! NOT to win games to have some @#$%%^@%^ moral victory or give the kids confidence. We need the best player we can get in the lottery. I am not saying lose on purpose I am saying play Richard, Brewer, Foye, McCants, Minimum 35 minutes per game! Play Jefferson Maximum 20 minutes per game, to protect against injury, he has played a ton of minutes and banged a ton all year. Look to the future now!

Glen Taylor, WHO IS TANKING NOW?

Obviously Glen Taylor and Kevin McHale have no interest in even ATTEMPTING to build a team that is going to make the play-offs, let alone contend for a championship.

No wonder why attendance is down! No wonder why people are more willing to spend their money on the Minnesota Wild (who are in the play-offs for the second year in a row, their 3rd trip in 5 years!) No wonder why the Wild have a over 300 game consecutive sell out streak--because they win games and get to the play-offs!

Does the lottery realy mean any thing? I think the lottery is fixed, with all the years we have been in it, we have never had the #1 over all pick or the #2 over all pick of the lottery if my memory serves me right. Get rid of the lottery and go on record only like other pro sports do!

Why not just tank the rest of the season and try to get the #1 darft pick. The Wolves have no shot at making the playoffs anyway. Even if they would have made the playoffs, they would have tanked them as well. The Wolves ( to me anyway ) are nothing but tankers. Why not just pack the team up and see if L.A. would like another team in their city.
Hold on there, Glen Taylor's teams never tank....it's players like K.G. & now he'll probably blame it on Sebastian Telfair this year. Taylor & Wittman want to win games so we're trying to win all these down the stretch (wink wink). Nice effort at home last night. Well, if this is any indication, we're many years from having a 41-41 record. I watched Wittman in the Coaches room with the media after the game & he sounds like a hillbilly. He's in way over his head(ala Dan Monson).

So what, everyone should do what they're good at. The Wolves are good at losing; mission accomplished.

T-wolves9,
I agree with you 100%- the lottery is fixed. The wolves will get the 6th pick even if they have the 2nd worst record because they're still a player or two away from contending. Commish Stern and his staff of crooks would rather see Beasely or Rose go to a team that can compete now rather than teams that need more help like the wolves. It's all about money, not fan loyalty. They should air the "pingpong ball selection" live and randomly pick someone from the audience to pick them.

If the lottery wasn't fixed they'd do it live and televise it. Not behind closed doors where you have to take their word for it.
