The kid lives and goes to H.S. in West Virginia! Goes all the way across the country to college at a school (Not) known for basketball at all. Nothing strange about that? He is the best H.S. player coming out and he decides on USC? Come on! Everyone is responsible here from Mayo to the school to the NCAA to his parents! I'm so tired of these stories. You may poke jokes at us living in West Virginia however, we all knew why he choose USC over lets say, UNC, DUKE, Kansas, Memphis, Kentucky, UCLA! You get the picture.

By the way, if you leave early for the NBA at least have enough class to pay for the portion of education you received.

First of all USC and everyone else on the planet knew Mayo was staying one year. Why in the world should he have to pay back his scholarship? They should pay him royalties for using his image. There should be an investigation into why a guy who is worth millions of dollars only received 30 grand. Somebody made a killing off this kid.
