How good is this team ? I have not seen them play yet. Would they be a 16th seed if they get in ?

Good luck and get the job done Jags!!! I was a student when they got their only other NCAA bid & it was a lot of fun. It's amazing what coach Hunter continues to do with all he has against him. Classy guy and great coach!!!

Let's get more than 4 teams from Indiana in the tourney! Hope all of the State schools, except IU, can win their Tourneys. Good Luck, and Win!!

more than likely they will be. they were a few years ago before they were crushed by kentucky. hopefully they can take care of business and win their conference tourney or it will be the same thing as last year, and the year before that, etc. go jags!

I'd rather see a team like this make the tournament than a 5th or 6th team from the Big Ten or some other "major" conference. If they get to 25 or 26 wins they should be in over a 18 - 12 or 17 - 13 team that will lose their first round game. Great job by coach Hunter. I'd love to see him in Bloomington.

I've gone to a few games and witnessed a great player in Mr. Hill. He scores at will, but chooses to include his team members. Just shows you his great character.

George - time to up the scoring and be a little more selfish.

So your are saying IUPUI would be better then a Big East # 5 or ACC # 5? Dont think so. You have to take into account who those 26 wins are against. You cant penalize a 20 win big east team when they have played a brutal schedule.

Right now most of the "bracketologists" I've seen have the Summit League champ slotted as a 14 seed - assuming the champ is either ORU or IUPUI.

They have a trio of reliable scorers in Hill, Montgomery, and Patterson. They rebound well and play solid defense. Good 3-point shooters, but with guys who can take a defender with the dribble.

If they played at the top of their game, I think they're capable of upsetting a #3 or 4 seed. Remember that Valpo was in this conference until this year and made a tournament run once upon a time. Similar potential in IUPUI.

IUPUI needs to up it's non-conference schedule in the future and play a few more quality teams. Overall they are a very good team in a sub par conference.

Jags and coach Hunter, you are all a credit to the game. We need more like you.

Simon's, you need an image boast. Start a drive to get the Jags a real place to play. Since IU holds the purse strings on IUPUI's arena hopes, there is yet another blotch on Indiana University.

Go Boilers

Probably a 13 only because of their conference.

They play IUBloomington in the tourney, that would be a great game, and would knock out the Hoosiers!

my thoughts exactly. seriously, if you finish in the middle to further back in you conference why should you get a shot at the national title? i don't care how great the conference is.

Depending on upsets in the conference tournaments, the highest I could see them being seeded is a 14. Most likely a 15 seed though. No matter what happens, it’s likely one and done.

It’s too bad IUPUI doesn’t do more for their program or schedule anybody of note (one UMass win is not a schedule).

16 or 15 seed because of the lowly conference RPI and respect the Summit League needs to lure a couple of South Floridas and Missouri States to give it some competition!
