IU athletics/IU admin doesn't have the character to confront or impose penalties for violence against women by IU athletes muchless confront other bad behavior by especially male athletes. Remember doing so might reduce chances of winning. Oh yeah and incidents are always alleged, it's not their fault, penalties postponed... yadiyadiyada. IU could take a lesson from Brigham Young U, but I doubt it cares to.

Wow! Is this really supposed to an article that seeks to explain the complexity surrounding this case? Well since it's not let me. FACT: NO CRIMINAL CHARGES WEERE FILED AGAINST THE PLAYER. FACT: ALL DOCUMENTATION FROM HOSPITALS AND LOCAL OFFICIALS WERE UNABLE TO FIND ANY MARKS THAT INDICATE ABUSE. This is an ex girlfriend on a smear campaign. She told police she didn't want to file charges but the police have the ability to bring forward charges in cases of domestic violence. Not for nothing, her statements are out of touch with who this player is.
